The location turned out to be surprisingly quiet and the best, very close to restaurants, bars and cafes, and Courtenay Place-the center of the Wellington's night life. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Hummingbird Eatery & Bar...

The hotel is conveniently located near a major supermarket, buses, museums, and a great cafe called Squirrel. the service was fantastic, and the room was spacious with a comfortable double bed. the amenities provided, such as a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets, were a nice touch. the location is excellent, and you can easily walk to Downstage Theatre.

Apartment was a good size and had a working kitchen and laundry. It was also very central and close to public transport.
Bed bugs - we have small bites on our feet that we didn't have prior to arrival. Lack of parking. No air conditioning. Long narrow corridors for access to room. Staff were unorganised - we stayed two nights and had to get a new access card for each night we stayed. Too make it even better they had changed the access code to the key box in between the time we booked and when we arrived but no one told us! How hard would it have been to email or text the change to us or to activate the access cards for 2 nights instead of one?

Clean, well-appointed, great location, convenience and friendliness of booking. A lovely apartment with heaps of light which easily accommodated four adults. I will stay there again without doubt.

Very accessible, quiet and spacious. Good to be there over the weekend as parking was straightforward. Might be a problem during the week.
A little anxious about access (without any person around) but once sorted it was good to be free to come and go.

Great central location, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and museums. Shower pressure was amazing. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The TV had Netflix and the WiFi worked well. The bathroom/laundry area was large and the washer and dryer were convenient.
One drawback was the lack of parking for guests, which required street parking. Another minor issue was the tired decor.

Centrally located. Very clean and tidy. Great amenities with washing machine, drier and dish washer etc
Parking presented a problem by having to park in Alpha street around the back of the apartment. Our car was vandalised over night. The beds are cheap. Felt every spring. The TV should come with binoculars. 14 inch TVs are museum pieces these days? Was surprised that no reception was available. Was this mentioned when booking? If so I missed reading it.
